⚠️ Violence Ahead ⚠️
Author's POV
"AHHHHHH!!!! LEAVE ME!!! WHAT HAVE I DONE TO YOU?" the man yelled, crying when a hot steel rod was placed on his hand.
"Leave you? Seriously?" the other man scoffed, again placing the rod on his other hand which is tied to the chair.
"AHHHHHHHH!!! NO PLEASE. I-I DON'T KNOW WH-WHAT WRONG HAVE I DONE, BUT I'M SORRY PL-PLEASE LEAVE M-ME," the man yelled again, sobbing.
The other man scoffed again, "Audacity, the audacity of this man to say 'I DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE DONE?' abhi batata hoon tujhe what you have done," he said as he was going to push that rod in his mouth when he heard a voice as he turned around to look at his best friend.
"He still has to answer some questions, before that we cannot make him shut his mouth," the other man said as he came forward and his jaw clenched looking at the tied man.
He took the hot steel rod from his friend's hand and pushed it in his right eye. The tied man yelled as his voice echoed through the whole building, loudly.
And then he pushed the rod in his left eye. Tears of blood were flowing from his eyes.
"No no no please d-don't do t-this pl-please don't," the man sobbed.
His breathing had started becoming heavy due to pain and crying.
"Do you know why I put this rod in your eyes?" the man asked him as he placed the other chair in front of the tied man and sat on it, with a devilish smirk on his face.
But he got no reply.
"JUST FUCKING ANSWER WHEN I ASK SOMETHING TO YOU," the man yelled, kicking the chair on which the tied person was seated.
The chair fell backwards due to the immense force as the tied man's head hit the ground so hard that blood started flowing from there.
"N-no i-i don't know," the tied man replied, crying and lying on the floor.
"Oh! No worry, I'll tell you what you did to deserve this," the man said, signaling the guards to straighten the chair.
"So Mr. Watchman, you just saw my face. Where have you seen me before?" he asked.
No reply.
The man took the rod and hit it on the tied man's knees with full force.
"Ahhhh!! I-i didn't re-remember," the watchman said, trying to catch his breath.
The man laughed.
"Of course, how would you remember?" he said, "let me remind you then," he added and then started walking towards a table where various knives and scissors were placed.
He took poultry shear in his hand and smirked.
(Poultry shear is kind of scissor which can cut through and between the bones.)
He came to the watchman, sat in front of him, took his one hand, placed the poultry shears around his middle finger and said, " You shouldn't have looked at my girl with those filthy eyes and evil motives of yours," and cutted his middle finger.
"Ahhhhhh!!! I-i.." the watchman cried loudly.
The man again placed the shear around his ring finger and asked, "Now tell where have you seen me before?"
"Mo-morning, w-when you c-came to m-meet your girlfriend," the watchman said as he gulped the saliva that was forming in his throat due to crying.
The man smirked and said, "right, so you knew that she was my girlfriend and still you dare to look at her with bad intentions, when her man was standing with her, huh?"
The watchman shivered.
"Si-sir, I am so-sorry b-but I wasn't l-looking at her wi-with any b-bad in-intentions," the watchman said, trying to sound innocent.
"Oh really!! Then whose hands were on his crotch while looking at her?"
The watchman gulped and said, "At that time, I-i didn't kn-knew t-that sh-she was your g-girlfriend.."
"YOU SHOULDN'T LOOK AT ANY WOMEN WITH WRONG INTENTIONS WHETHER SHE IS SOMEONE'S GIRLFRIEND OR WIFE OR NOT," the man yelled as the watchman flinched out of fear.
"I-i am sorry si-sir," the watchman said.
"Sorry?" the man scoffed and continued, "Will you be able to win back the confidence of all the girls you have been harassing for so long with your apology?
The girls who returned home from that hostel solely as a result of your influence.
The girls who move to another city in hopes of realizing their aspirations, only to have those dreams dashed by the actions of someone such as you.
Whose parents just want to make sure their daughter is safe?
those young women whose parents forbid them from traveling to another city due to jerks such as you. Will your sorry male all the things right?"
"I-i a-m so-sorry sir, please le-leave m-me. I w-will not r-repeat my m-mistakes," the watchman said, sobbing.
The man smirked as he said, "Right, you will not repeat your mistake," he paused and continued, "Because you will not survive to repeat your mistakes again, because i won't let you live after knowing that how many girls, just because of you left this city and get depressed,"
"No-no you can't do this. I-i have a family, m-my wife, my s-son, th-they won't b-be able to l-live wi-without me," watchman said.
wi-without me," watchman said.
"Oh! You remember them? Nice, but.." the man said with a devilish smile on his face and continued, " they don't remember you."
"Huh?"
The first man brought a document and showed it to the watchman and said, "it is your death certificate and your wife has already signed it."
The watchman was shocked to hear that as he was trying to take a clear look at the document but due to the wound in his eyes, he won't be able to look at it carefully as he said, "no no y-you're lying. This can't be true. Why would my w-wife do that?"
"Well, Mr. Watchman, if you force your wife to do the things which she doesn't want to do and later abuse her in intoxication then what do you want her to do?" the man said calmly.
"And don't worry your family will get their monthly allowance until your son becomes capable," he added and stood up from the chair as he went towards the bathroom and came back after a minute after washing his hands which were covered from blood.
He looked at his men and signaled them by nodding his head and started walking outside the basement with his friend.
They both smirked when they heard the sound of a bullet.
They both smirked when they heard the sound of a bullet.
They both came outside the building as they both went towards their respective vehicles.
"Tu hostel se direct idhar aaya?"
("Did you come here directly from the hostel?")
"Hmm"
"Bhabiji se milne gaya tha?"
("Did you go to meet sister-in-law?")
Krishav's POV
I glared at him and said, "nahi teri girlfriend se milne gaya tha,"
(No, I went to meet your girlfriend.)
He glared at me and sat in his car and started the engine.
I sighed and wore my helmet and rode off to my penthouse.
After 45 minutes,
I reached my penthouse, parked the bike in my garage and directly went to the bathroom to freshen up.
After 15 mins,
I came to the bed, wiping my hair. I took my phone which was on the nightstand and looked at the wallpaper.
I sighed, this face can make my tiredness go away in a minute.
Oh! I am missing her so much. Though I met her 3 hours ago but still want to see her.
Should I call her? Nah! She might be sleeping.
It's already midnight. I shouldn't disturb her.
But she doesn't sleep till midnight. Also, she slept for so long this evening.
She might be studying now. I shouldn't distract her from her studies.
"Ahh!! Brownie "I muttered and lay back on the bed while looking at her picture which is set as my phone's wallpaper.
I kissed her picture on my phone.
Staring at her picture, I didn't realize when my finger automatically went to the call logs and I called her. After 3 rings, she picked the call and said,
"Hello?"
....
"Rish?"
Huh!! Bas yahi sunna tha, ab jo bachi kuchi thakan thi woh bhi chali gayi.
(All I had to do was listen to this, now whatever little fatigue was left also went away.)
"Rish, you there?"
"Ah! Yes yes, i-i am here,"I said, stuttering.
"You haven't slept yet?"
Ab kya kare aapke bina neend hi nahi aati.
(What to do now, I can't sleep without you.)
Yes, as if you have been sleeping with her since childhood, right?, my inner self mocked me.
(guys sleeping wala sleeping matlab asli wala sona naaki jo tum log soch rahe ho woh wala.)
"No, I was just going to sleep," I said, scratching the back of my neck.
"Oh, by the way, why did you call at this time?"
"Umm.. I-i t-thought to remind you before going to bed that i will come to pick you up tomorrow morning," i said.
"Hmm.. i know," she said as she sounded a little nervous.
"Are you okay?" I asked her.
"Yeah,"
"You wanna say something?" I asked.
"Y-yeah,"
"Then say,"
"No, I'll tell you tomorrow," she said.
I nodded my head as I asked, " okay, you must be studying?"
"oh , yeah I was. But now I am going to bed," she said.
"Okay, then sleep tight," I said.
"Yeah, good night to you too," she said
Haan, ab aapke sapne dekhenge toh night toh good hi hogi na!
(Yes, now the night will be good when we see your dreams!)
"Hmm?" she hummed.
Wait, did I say that out loud?
NO, then can she read my mind? Nah.
I shrugged my thoughts when I heard her voice.
"Rish, you there? Kahan kho rahe ho aaj baar baar?" she asked.
(Where are you getting lost again and again today?)
Aapke khayalo mein.
(In your thoughts.)
"Nowhere, I was just doing some work," I said.
"Oh, okay then good night," she said before cutting the call.
Hayee.
Woh din kab aaega jab ye mere kareeb hogi, meri aankhon ke saamne har waqt?
(When will that day come when she will be close to me, in front of my eyes all the time?)
I think I should go to sleep, I have to go to meet her tomorrow.
Kyuki jitna jaldi sounga utna jaldi uthke apni jaan ke paas jaunga.
(Because the sooner I sleep, the sooner I will wake up and go to my jaan.)
Thinking about her, I went to bed.
